We are happy to send our items anywhere but do not display details to all countries. If you are interested in our products and it does not display your country please contact us for a quote.

1) CANCELLATIONS AND PRODUCTION TIME:
i. All orders are final once payment has been processed as we usually start production of orders immediately after payment has cleared. This is to guarantee quick dispatch- customer satisfaction is always our priority!

ii. Our lead time (time it takes to make your item, not including shipping time) states up to 2 weeks, however it is usually much quicker than this, although during busy periods it can take longer.

2) DELIVERY
i. We try to keep postage costs as low as possible which is why all items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class (within UK) which can take a couple of days. If you require your order sooner please contact for a postage quote for upgraded postage.

ii. Items sent overseas are sent via AirMail so delivery times can vary- if you are ordering from overseas please leave ample time for your order to be produced and dispatched. If you require an item sent priority/upgraded shipping please contact us for a postage quote- prices vary and can be quite expensive for priority overseas shipping so do be aware of this!

3) LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
i. Items posted within the UK by Royal Mail 2nd Class usually take 2-3 working days however delays do sometimes happen. Please contact us if your item has been delayed for longer than 5 working days from date of dispatch.

ii. Items posted to the US usually take at least 5 working days, however it can take much longer. Please allow longer for items posted overseas as postage times can vary. If your item is delayed for longer than 3 weeks from date of dispatch, please contact us.

iii. Unfortunately items can sometimes become damaged in transit. In the rare event that this does happen please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your damaged order, stating the nature of the damage and sending photographic evidence of the damaged product/s and external packaging (we need this in order to make a claim for insurance).

4) CUSTOMISATION AND BESPOKE ORDERS
i. We are always happy to work with you to create something unique and personal. If you would like to customise an order please contact us and we'll be happy to talk through your requirements.

ii. We also offer a bespoke service. If you require a product that you cannot see in our store, or something entirely new we are always happy to have suggestions and wherever possible we will work with you to create your dream product. Please contact us to discuss your requirements further.

5) WHOLESALE AND MULTIPLE ORDERS
i. We do offer a wholesale service, subject to minimum quantities. Not all of our available products are listed in our store so please contact us if you wish to place a wholesale order or receive our wholesale price list.

ii. We are more than happy to make multiple and large quantity one-off orders (e.g. for a party or wedding) and may be able to offer discounts or price breaks, depending on the product and quantity so it's always worth asking- if you don't ask you don't get!
Some of our products may not be eligible for discounts so please don't be offended if we cannot offer a price break.
